本會榮獲2024年度「公營機構/專業團體及非政府組織組別」銀獎
由香港小童群益會主辦的「滙豐青年理財師計劃」,於2025年3月6日榮獲投資者及理財教育委員會(IFEC)頒發2024年度「公營機構/專業團體及非政府組織組別」銀獎,以表揚本會在推動投資者及理財教育方面的卓越表現及貢獻。
特別鳴謝 香港小童群益會衷心感謝滙豐銀行慈善基金自2015年至今的持續支持,令滙豐青年理財師計劃得以順利推行並不斷發展。本計劃自合作以來,已累積三度獲得IFEC理財教育銀獎,成效顯著。
計劃簡介 滙豐青年理財師計劃由香港小童群益會主辦、教育局協辦,並獲滙豐銀行慈善基金全力支持,旨在培養香港青少年掌握全面而實用的理財知識及技能,奠定穩健的理財基礎。計劃透過多元及創新的活動,包括滙豐青年理財師理財教育課程、「滙財師大比拼」短片創作大賽,以及少年財政司計劃(旨在培育學生對公共財政及經濟政策的認識),提升青少年的理財能力及社會責任感。
自2015年至今,該計劃已服務超過306間中學,累計惠及78,954名學生。
未來展望 香港小童群益會將繼續與各界夥伴緊密合作,進一步推動本港青少年理財教育,培育更多具備財務管理能力及社會責任意識的未來人才。

BGCA Awarded Silver at IFEC Investor and Financial Education Award 2024
The HSBC Young Financial Planners Programme, organised by The Boys’ and Girls’ Clubs Association of Hong Kong (BGCA), received the Silver Award in the “Public/Professional Body and NGO” category at the Investor and Financial Education Award 2024, presented by the Investor and Financial Education Council (IFEC) on 6 March 2025. This award recognises BGCA’s outstanding contributions and achievements in promoting investor and financial education.
Special Acknowledgement BGCA extends heartfelt gratitude to The Hongkong Bank Foundation for their continuous support since 2015, enabling the successful implementation and sustained growth of the HSBC Young Financial Planners Programme. The programme has notably received the IFEC Silver Award three times since its inception.
About the Programme The HSBC Young Financial Planners Programme, organised by BGCA, co-organised by the Education Bureau, and supported by The Hongkong Bank Foundation, aims to equip Hong Kong youth with comprehensive and practical financial knowledge and skills, laying a solid foundation for their financial futures. The programme includes diverse and innovative activities such as financial literacy courses, the “Financial Gurus Showdown” short film competition, and the Junior Financial Secretary initiative, which enhances students’ understanding of public finance and economic policies, fostering their financial competence and social responsibility.
Since 2015, the programme has benefited over 78,954 students across more than 306 secondary schools.
Looking Ahead BGCA will continue collaborating closely with various community partners to further promote financial education among Hong Kong youth, cultivating future talents who possess strong financial management capabilities and a heightened sense of social responsibility.
